During my recent stay at Hotel 12 Bees by Kavia for Christmas, I was truly enchanted by the blend of comfort and convenience. The location was perfect—just a short, serene walk to the bus terminal and only 15 minutes to the vibrant beach, yet distant enough to escape the hustle and bustle. The room was a delight, impeccably clean with a heavenly bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Edson at the front desk greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was another highlight—gorgeous views, refreshing cocktails, and delicious bites that didn’t break the bank, all while enjoying the gentle breeze. Although the breakfast was compact, the quality was there, and the atmosphere was cozy. With solid WiFi and a lovely outdoor pool to unwind, I found myself content and relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel 12 Bees for those who appreciate great service and a peaceful retreat in Playa del Carmen!
